2. Product Information Chillstrip is an over-the-counter product designed for temporary relief of minor jaw pain and discomfort. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult your healthcare provider before use if you are under medical care or have specific conditions. 
3. Purchases and Payments – All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. – Payments are processed securely through Shopify. – We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized use. 
4. Shipping & Returns –  Orders are processed promptly. Delivery times may vary. –  If you are not satisfied, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase. We will refund your full purchase price or provide a free product replacement — whichever you prefer. –  If a return is necessary, we will provide a prepaid shipping label so you won’t pay for return shipping. 
5. Limitation of Liability KironLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or site. Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price paid.
6. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the property of KironLabs and may not be used without permission. 
7. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
